love me, love my dog...

Well, I know a naughty little puppy who liked to get her teeth into the morning post. Thankfully she soon grew out of it but how do you like this card...

...it opens to show a space for your message.

Have a great weekend, hope you have time for stamping!

little notes

Here are a couple of really simple but very sweet notecards made using the 'keep in touch' clear set.

The little flower trio stamp is gorgeous for creating backgrounds with other images.

how about making a few more complementing cards and giving them as a little gift :)

WOW!

Well, you guys have certainly been keeping me busy, I've been snowed under with orders this week hence how quiet I've been! :)

A quick update for you, orders without personalised stamps are being despatched on time (between 1-2 days). Orders with personalised stamps are taking an extra day to process. Boy, you guys REALLY do love those personalised stamps!!

I thought I'd clarify something about the shipping costs to europe and the rest of the world. All orders are sent by airmail but if you find it a little expensive, we can send items by surface mail which is around half the price (if you don't mind waiting longer for delivery). If you are interested, please email me before placing your order and I will let you know how to go about doing this.

I have a couple of really cute notecards I made over the weekend which I will share with you tomorrow but now I'd better get back to packing orders ... ;)

hugs,

We have lift off!

The online shop is now live and ready to take orders. Thank you all so much for your patience and support. Pop on over, just click the link in the left column (under 'go shopping').

I hope you like the look of the store and find it easy to navigate around. If you have any difficulties please email me and if we find we have any niggles we will sort them out asap.

You will notice that our stamp inventory is much smaller than it used to be. Fear not, we will be gradually re-introducing many of our old designs.

Edited to add:

- If you still see the holding page please click ctl and F5 to refresh the page.

- If paying by paypal, just click the paypal logo at the top of the page in the checkout. There is no need to fill in the fields in the checkout unless paying by credit/debit card.

Personalised Stamps

Ihave read the comments and received a few emails expressing your disappointment as we will no longer be offering our personalised stamp designs.

Well, I hate to make you unhappy so I've had a little think and decided to offer the personalised stamps for a **limited time only**.I will add a category to the shop (called "limited time only") so you will be able to purchase personalised stamps up until 31st July - after this date, our personalised stamps will be gone forever. So make the most of it and spread the word. If you were planning on ordering personalised stamps as Christmas gifts, be sure to get them in early.

Are we all a little happier??

Hmmm, maybe I can do better... how about I set the price for ALL personalised stamps to one single bargain price of £5 wood mounted (£3.50 unmounted).

Do we have a room full of happy stampers now?

Natter, natter, natter

Here's a card I made using an image from our "keep in touch" clear set. The brown card is stunning as it has a gold shimmer to it but unfortunately it doesn't photograph well.

The orange scallop circle didn't stand out against the patterned paper so I dusted the edges with red chalk and stuck it down with 3d stickers.

I think it could look better on a slightly smaller card but I hope you likey!

Stamp sizes

I promised to post every day this week until the shop is live and as I didn't post yesterday, here's a double-whamy :)

Here's a card I made using our "Stardust & Moonbeams" clear set. You may recall these stamps were available as individual rubber stamps. I thought they would make a perfect set so I grouped them together.

As I have mentioned in an earlier post, I have revised the sizing for many of the stamps. They were previously quite large so I have reduced them a little in order to make them more adaptable. In turn, they are also more reasonably priced :)

To give you an idea of the difference, I have photographed an example of the original sized stamp and the revised size. I have also added the size which A Muse offer for comparison as a few people have asked about the difference.

Not all our designs have been reduced by the same ratio but I hope this helps as a guide.

Stamp sizes are indicated in the shop under the description of each stamp. A Muse also have their sizes listed on the Elzybells NA blog.

I've had a few comments on the blog asking whether we will be offering the same sizes as A Muse, but no, I'm afraid we will not be doing so.

Rewards!!

Everyone likes rewards, right? Well, with the shop coming, I have set up a customer reward scheme so you'll collect stickers as you shop and fill up a little card. Then when it's full you can redeem the card to get money off... yep, that means free stamps, woohoo!!

(I figure it will also help to justify your purchases to husbands / partners / children / pets...)

With less than a week to go until the shop launch, I will be posting everyday with more news of what's to come and card ideas.
